Research Use Only
All Vespera products are offered solely as laboratory research materials for qualified in vitro work. They are not drugs, medicines, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or consumer products.
Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, administration, compounding, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, disease prevention, household use, or any in vivo application.
Buyer qualification
By ordering, the buyer certifies that they are at least 21 and are purchasing for a qualified laboratory, institution, or research business with appropriate facilities, training, safety controls, and lawful authority. Vespera may request affiliation or intended-use information and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility or intended use cannot be verified.
Information boundaries
Catalog pages and COA/specification files support product identity, procurement, analytical review, and recordkeeping only. Vespera does not provide dosing, reconstitution for administration, injection, route-of-use, medical, veterinary, clinical, protocol, or personal-use guidance.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for applicable laws, institutional rules, workplace safety, chain of custody, storage, handling, and disposition after delivery. If these restrictions do not match the intended purchase, do not order.
