Returns & Refunds Policy

Vespera supplies laboratory research materials to qualified buyers. Review the product, strength, quantity, shipping address, and documentation needs before submitting payment.

Cancellations

A paid order may be cancelled for a full refund before shipment when the cancellation reaches support in time to stop fulfillment. An order cannot be cancelled after carrier acceptance.

Final-sale materials

Because laboratory materials require controlled chain of custody and cannot be returned to saleable inventory after shipment, shipped orders are final except for verified damage, loss in transit, or an incorrect item.

Damage, loss, or incorrect item

Email support@vesperapeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the outer package, inner packaging, label, and affected item when applicable. Keep all packaging until review is complete.

After review, Vespera may provide a replacement, reshipment, refund, or other appropriate resolution. Documentation requests do not change the final-sale status of a shipped order.
