Vespera Peptides supplies laboratory research-use-only materials. Products are not sold for human or veterinary use, and this policy is written for research procurement, order support, and shipment issue resolution.
Final-Sale Research Materials
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, temperature-sensitive handling, chain-of-custody expectations, and documentation integrity, all sales are final once an order has shipped unless one of the exceptions below applies.
Eligible Exceptions
Vespera may review a replacement or refund request when:
- The package or product arrived damaged.
- The item received differs materially from the item ordered.
- The shipment was lost in transit and carrier tracking supports the claim.
Claim Window
Damage, missing-item, incorrect-item, and quality-documentation concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Email support@vesperapeptides.com with your order number, photos when applicable, and a short description of the issue.
Damaged Packages
If a package arrives damaged, photograph the outer package, inner packaging, and affected contents before discarding anything. Vespera will review the evidence and may offer a replacement, refund, or other order support depending on the situation and available inventory.
Incorrect Items
If the received item does not match the product ordered, contact support within 7 days of delivery. Keep all packaging, vial labels, lot identifiers, and packing materials available for review.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to Vespera as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, Vespera may refund the order minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Re-shipment may be available at the buyer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, reconstituted, temperature-compromised, or customer-handled research materials cannot be returned for resale or reuse. Vespera does not accept returns based on intended experimental outcomes, protocol decisions, or change of mind after shipment.
COA / Spec Documentation
COA/spec records, when available, are provided by request and matched by product, SKU, and lot or batch details when available. Documentation requests do not change the final-sale status of shipped research materials.
