SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day. Custom or bulk orders may require 3-5 additional business days.

SHIPPING METHODS

DOMESTIC (United States):

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
  • UPS Ground / Next-Day Air available on request

All shipments include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed once the label is generated.

INTERNATIONAL:
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 7-21 business days). Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. We declare the contents accurately and at the actual purchase price.

Note: Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of research chemicals. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify legality and import requirements in their jurisdiction BEFORE placing an order. We are not responsible for orders seized by customs.

PACKAGING AND STABILITY

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit periods up to 14 days without refrigeration, but for optimal stability we ship in insulated packaging with ice packs for any shipment expected to take longer than 5 days. Refrigerate or freeze upon receipt per the product’s storage instructions.

PACKAGING

All shipments use plain outer packaging with no product names or research material names on the exterior.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to populate after the email arrives.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office
  2. Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark prematurely)
  3. Contact us at support@vesperapeptides.com if it still hasn’t arrived

If your package arrives damaged or contents are broken:

  • Photograph the package and damaged contents within 7 days of delivery
  • Email support@vesperapeptides.com with the photos and your order number
  • We’ll work with you to replace or refund

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we will refund the order minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Re-shipment is available at the buyer’s expense.
