Shipping Policy

Orders enter fulfillment only after buyer review, inventory confirmation, and payment confirmation. Vespera may hold, limit, or cancel an order when buyer eligibility, address information, inventory, payment, or compliance review is incomplete.

Destinations and carrier

Checkout currently supports eligible United States destinations shown during checkout. FedEx tracked shipping is currently $13.00 unless checkout displays a different reviewed rate. A $5.00 local-delivery option is available for Kansas shipping addresses; eligibility is determined from the shipping state entered at checkout. An out-of-state address cannot use local delivery and must choose FedEx tracked shipping. If checkout does not offer a destination, do not submit payment; contact support first.

Processing and tracking

Estimated processing and transit times are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed after carrier acceptance. Carrier delays, weather, address corrections, and compliance review may change delivery timing.

Address and receiving review

The buyer must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and review the shipment promptly. Match the received product label, SKU, strength, lot or batch identifier, and applicable documentation to the order record.

Shipment issues

Report damage, loss, or an incorrect item to support@vesperapeptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer package, inner packaging, label, and affected item when applicable.

Kansas Fulfillment Note

Vespera Peptides is based in Kansas. Wichita-area and Kansas research orders may be eligible for direct local coordination after checkout when available.
